We will WhatsApp you to confirm the delivery date and time upon receiving your order. Please contact us at 97651146 if we do not contact you within the day. 

Lead Time:

Our banchan are freshly made upon receiving an order. Typically, we deliver within 2 - 3 days.

Timings:

​

Deliveries are scheduled within 3 timeslots: 9am-2pm, 1pm-5pm and 4pm-8pm from Tuesday to Saturday. For urgent deliveries on Monday or Sunday, please check with us on availability.

Third-party Delivery:

​

Deliveries are managed by a third-party vendor within set time slots. While we aim to be on time, delays due to weather, traffic, or driver availability may occur. We’ll notify you promptly if that happens.

Charges:

​

We offer free delivery for orders of $91 and above. For orders below $91, a flat fee of $10 applies.

​

Self - collection will be along Yio Chu Kang Road (near to Lentor MRT) from Tuesday to Saturday anytime between 10am to 8pm. We will provide further details upon confirmation of order.

Payment Methods:

Payment will be through our Hitpay through Paynow of credit card.

Our best before dates is an indicative of how long our food can be kept at its optimal taste. While it is usually still safe to eat a few days past the best before date, we encourage you to review the shelf life of each item in the product details before placing an order.

Our vegetarian option means no alliums (no garlic, onion, scallion & spring onion), salted shrimp and anchovy sauce.
